A refund when purchased gallons is more then delivered?

Your credit card is only charged when the delivery is complete, using the number of gallons delivered. When you submit your purchase on Advantage Fuel, a Authorization Only transaction is used to verify the availability of funds, and reserve those funds. A Capture transaction (which charges the credit card) is used when the supplier posts your delivery. Your card issuer will then remove the excess reserve amount, which may take several days.
